Refund policy

At Aira the Label, we want you to love your jewelry. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible:

• Item must be unworn, unused, and in original packaging

• All tags, pouches, and protective materials must be intact

• Clearance or final sale items are non-returnable

• Earrings are not returnable due to hygiene reasons

If your return is accepted, we’ll send instructions on how and where to send your package. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return your original and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos.
